Do I need programming knowledge or experience of websites?No these sites have an easy to use control panel that allows you to run them with very little computer knowledge or experience.
Do I need to be on broadband/DSL?No, as long as you can connect to the internet that is OK, although broadband is quicker and would be more beneficial.
What about backups?Taped backs are run daily and taken off site. We would also recommend that you make your own backups too (as detailed in your user manual).
What equipment do I need?You will need access to a Windows based PC, Windows 2000 or above with a Pentium II or above processor. Internet access is essential, no less that IE6.
What happens if the website crashes?If this ever happens, we would bring our backup servers online. You are given a 24 hour support line number for any problems.
Where are the websites hosted?The websites are all hosted on our dedicated servers in Doncaster UK.
Is money from advertisers collected through a secure gateway?Yes it is totally secure – the websites use Worldpay Internet Payment solutions – click for more details. Although we partner Worldpay, other payment providers can be accommodated for no extra charge.
