Who deals and pays for Search Engine promotion?We initially set you up with Google Adwords, we promote your key words and pay for the first months promotion. It is then up to you if you wish to carry this on. You should be looking to spend about £50 -£100 per month. Using the promotion techniques we use, we can make sure your site appears in the top few results on Google under as many search phrases as you want.
Do you include marketing material to help run a site?Yes we have a wealth of experience in marketing the services of these websites and provide standard email flyers and marketing templates that have worked for us and are working for current customers.
Is there a log of hits/visitors for me and my advertisers?Yes all sites come with reporting statistics. Advertisers can also log into their own area for statistics on their display.
How will I know when to contact advertisers and subscribers to renew?The system automatically emails customers that are about to expire and asks them to renew – Also you can download and view this information in the administration area.
How will I know who, what and when I've emailed and who I haven't? I don't want to be seen to be harassing them?We supply you with software that uses ‘filters’ to handle your customer mail outs.
